| The Fundació Pilar i Joan Miró a Mallorca, Pilar and Joan Miró Foundation, is located in a quiet residential district of Palma. I really like the atmosphere of the surrounding neighborhood. |
At the entrance to the museum, I found one of Miró's work that looked like a UFO with a face. |
Outside the museum, there was a large garden where Miró's Femme sculpture was installed. |

| There was a very long stairway to get to the top of the Bosc de Bellver hill. |
I guess it took me several minutes to climb up to the top to see the Bellver Castle. And looking back on the steps I took. Phew! |
As it happened, some kind of festival was going on and I saw many family visitors and policemen. |

| The rotunda was the centerpiece of the Bellver Castle. |
But outside the castle, there was nobody and it was very quiet. I enjoyed a 360-degree view of Palma. |
From up here, on a hill overlooking the city of Palma the cathedral was far in the distance. |
